Well, in theory, that's right, but in a training session, they sadly don't allow you to yell 'come' when all the other people are yelling 'here'. Plus, here in Belgium, there's an official socialization test your pup can do at 9 months old and if they pass it is added on their pedigree that they passed a 'good behaviour' test and I suspect them to be using those same commands. SO I'm just playing safe here. I don't think too much harm has been done, after all we'd been training the old one only for four days. I'm going to make sure it doesn't happen agian though.

lol, my 11 week old chihuahua/pug mix is the same way. "oooh, what's this, can i eat it?" then i'm all "No" and he's all "ok, no for that second, NOW can i eat it?" XD
Your goldie is adorable by the way. Kinda wish i had gotten a bigger dog, but at the same time i more needed a lap dog.
