Hey, is this not available anywhere anymore? I've spent 45 minutes on google and half a dozen art sites trying to find a way to buy a print of this, but no luck. It doesn't seem to be at Society 6 anymore. Can anyone point me at a place I can purchase a high-quality print?

I once saw a 3d render of them in the exact same pose. Some coincidence, if it is. I think this is much better.

Love the mood in this. There is a sense of expectation and also of family. Even if I didn't know the characters it would touch me. A sign of good fan art.
Ciri's expression of trust is perfect and although Geralt isn't looking at her he's so obviously aware of her. He will keep her safe and prepare her for the world.

I like how you paint the correct size of Geralts sword (Andrzej Sapkowski in "Season of Storms" even gave us the measures: the blade is 27,25 inches (69,215 cm) long, the whole swordΒ is 40,5 inches (102,87 cm) and weighs less than 40 ounces. Both swords have similar weights and sizes.) It looks so good!!

Oh my gosh I love this so much! (made an acount just to comment lol).
Please do more like this, I would love to see more scenes from the books with an older Ciri (17yrs) and Geralt <3
Maybe a scene with Ciri and the Rats or her famous ice skating scene.
Maybe one of Geralt fighting Vilgefortz or him and Yen having that conversation while Dandelion and young Ciri evesdrop!
MAYBE EVEN A SCENE FROM EACH OF THE BOOKS SO YOU CAN MAKE THEM INTO COVERS?!!!!
I think I'm getting ahead of myself but indeed this and your one with Ciri and Yen are so amazing, I love everything about them!

Hi,
Thank you
Β Brushes: Mostly modified default brushes, and some brushes from other artists (what they shared for free), if you interested I can share my set here, just let me know and I upload here (or I send it to you). What I can't share is Kyle T Webster brushes, but you can check him up onΒ gumroad.com/kyletwebster , I have his gouache set, is just $7 and they are amazing! My opinion about brushes though: just start to play with the default ones, how to modify them, opacity, flow etc. After try to make your owns, experiment, play with it (I did this, and is fun ). Start with the basics, experiment, if you want make notes about it, do it, have fun! Believe me is not about the brushes is about how to use them and who use them, is about you in the end of the day. We are all different and what works for me might not work for you and that is okay because this is art. Think about your art as your fingerprint: unique and just yours

Β Color and Light is a tough one. I recommend to read Color and Light by James Gurney and looking for tons of references (ie from Pinterest), movies have awesome lighting setups, or just look around! Start to observe your environment and its lighting situations. I think nature gives us the best ideas about lights and color Β
Β How long I have been practicing? Hm...digitally a year ago, a year and half.
And lastly check out this page:Β svslearn.com/ Β it helped me a lot. This is for illustrators mostly and they have lessons/classes for every level. They have monthly subscription so if you cannot afford to buy them, you can subscribe for one or two months and learn what you can, then unsubscribe (no leaving fee!) This is the best and cheapest deal out there, I tell you.
I hope I could help!
Niki

Really love this one, perfectly captures the father / daughter bond between the two for me.
I like it so much that I'd like to have it on my wall actually. Is this the highest resolution of the painting available?
I'd like to have it take up as much space as possible while still retaining its quality ;D
