The LTK Seeteufel(monkfish) is a unusual spot in the modern Te´iden navy, but also a powerfull tool that close a gap in the military strategy what challenged changing conditions. The aged concept of a hovercraft is here used as a fast destroyer concept - delivering a hard strike and vanish after that. The Seeteufel is a concept of minimal crew and effort. The lack of real armor make it vulnerable, but its missile shield and mobility shall compensate this. Only the turret is armored enough to withstand direct hits of naval weaponary, the rest is protected against small/medium arms, but rely at last to more aircraft-like redundancy. So the personal space is minimal, and the vital machines spread over the vehicles hull. Like a bunker, the most room is halve covered in height level by the skirt, which itselve is a honeycomb construction that is more rigit than old constructions. So even shrapnels that hit the filtering grid may not harm any system but very much just fall through the skirt and hit some thick rubber before getting kicked out. There are no rotors to harm also, as the vertical dam-pressure intensifierts are a ring-mount number of jet exhausts, supported by the main enigne, that rotates through ther angling and create a additional jetstream into the skirt structure and multiplies uplift. If one get's damaged, the system may not loose efficiency in a full percentage.
The rear engine exhaust uses the same force to push the vehicle forward, or angle for quick turns and restabilisation.
As salted water is a death thread to casual engines, the intakes of the two independant engines work with a cavitational process, where the water in the processed air is tunneled by its physical attributes till it is evaporated. This engine is very heat exhausting, but the whole concept isen't designed for stealth, and the ability to even operate on harsh weather  more then just compensates this. Another unexpected benefit by using the hovercraft-idea is that some smaller critters get scared by the sound and vibration, and even some more angerous categorys tend to get blind by the downward pointed pressure on the water surface.
The hull is a Te´iden-like bioconstructed polyceramic structure of low whight and high regitity. Layers of energy absorbing material reduce incomming attacks more as reflect or stand them.
For its main task there are two different loudouts of weaponary in service. The first is a twin linked Blitzschlag-weapon, which is in basic a electro-magnetig particle cannon which creates a tunnel to the target, that delivers a short bolt of energetic force. Enourmous 'projectile' speed and an devasting effect on electronic equipment comes with an acceptable level of heat and kinetic damage.
The other weapon is a huge 150mm calibered railgun with pure but still devasting puncturing ability. Avalable are solid and extending projectiles, where the last one is spare off a bit punctureing in exchange for damage inflict to the target by cannon-like shrapnels.
Both systems are supportet by ammo-like electrochemical carridges.
In addition the craft is fitted with four launchers with a good number of multipurpose missiles(most time AA or electronic deception warheads), as well as four CIWS-systems that can work defenive or offensive, a number of physical defense systems and an simple but effective electronic defense shield.
For there is no much time to evacuate a destroyed craft, four distress life rafts are stored on the micro-decks. The decks can't be used with actived upward-engines nor active missile systems, for heavy risc of killing the crewman that step on the outside.

For its task - that never included any kind of stealth - the crafts are allowed to carry a intense orange painting to ther regular amphibious coating. A visual warcry the assault divisions are proud of, no matter if they strike on the sea or on the tricky, unfamiliar land terrain the new battlefields brought.

PS: This piece is for another reality, and not all our technologies are known there, as well as they know some we (actually) didn´t know.

Perspective on vehicles is not easy either. . Do you know the English artist who specialises in vehicles? If not I will chase up the reference for you. Do you actually do 3D? Do you work in ZBrush? Which to me is sculpting.

I am a newbie. I want to get into commercial art. The more skills you have the better I think. I like drawing cars. I am currently trying to learn photoshop.,You must be pretty sharp. I know Blender is free and I know it is good value but I believe it is also notoriously hard to learn.
