This is taken somewhere in Terengganu, not sure of the beach though. I'm sure this could do with a better composition but personally, i quite like the mood, so there you go

colour balance, selective colour, curves, blending modes haha all those
play with it until u get the tone u wanted

I think you hit control B to bring up the colour balance bar to adjust the tones >.<. Thats what i do usually

i cant crop the sky cause it looks weird (ive tried) and there wasnt much water at the bottom at all so i had to crop it up like that. and yeah to show the vast ness
