Title and setting fit each other perfect and the light on the face of the doll emphasizes her happy smile. There are clearly two sources of light, but they don't disturb each other, nor the shading and 3D-effect. It is still like I could actually grab her and take her out of the photo. Maybe it's because the focus is set the way it is.
Though I have to say that the focus is a tiny bit too much on the headset and you might have wanted to bend the left arm a little to show the flower in her hand a bit better.
The soft colours fit the theme of nature's beauty as well, even if her clothes are futuristic and pointing out the domination of science and machines.

This just makes me go "d'awwww". It's just so cute! Her head is placed perfectly, not completely facing away from the camera, just kind of looking up into the sky. I love how she is walking (well it looks like she is, anyway) towards the camera, as if she's just taking a stroll in her 'secret garden' ^_^
