Your picture is really good and cute, the lineart and coloring are very clean, I love it 
If you want any advice from a noob, the head seems a little too big and the hands maybe a tiny bit too symmetrical, but that's all I can think of lol.

Need to agree that the head is a bit big, but the tiny hands i think that it makes it cuter :3
