A piece I started about a month ago, but due to way too much schoolwork I finished it today.After playing Mass Effect 2, I was absolutely disappointed in not getting Kaidan back, so I decided to draw a scene inspired by the wonderful cut-scene in the first Mass Effect game, where my female Shepard and Kaidan have some 'fun' the night before they go to Ilos.
I'm still not really satisfied with the outcome, but It'll have to do for now :]

Very nicely done. It made me quite nostalgic and I broke out ME 1 again just to romance Kaidan xD

I just hope that Bioware delivers for those of us that were faithful to Kaidan in ME2. I was, and I was sorely disappointed that all we got before the suicide mission was a puppy look at his picture on her desk. -facepalm-

Yeah, I sure do hope we'll get him back in ME3.. I kinda rushed through the game the first time playing ME2 since I was absolutely convinced Kaidan would join my squad anyway after meeting him on Horizon!

I know, right? I was like "but...but they can't leave it like that! Bioware said we could continue the relationship!" and then I got his apology e-mail, and I thought, "oh, okay, so I'm sure he'll be there if I go to the Citadel!" but he wasn't. And he never showed up again.

Haha yeah, I literally looked all over for him on the Citadel! I was so sure he was lurking somewhere in a corner.. Blast the egoistic guy, only thinking of himself and his prejudices against Cerberus

Imagine what an ass he felt like when he talked to Anderson and he told him that Shepard asked about him! I can see it now:
Anderson: Oh, while you were gone, Shepard asked me where you were, but because you were on a classified mission, I didn't tell her where you were at. I just said you were out on a mission and left it there.
Kaidan: -thinks back to accusing her of not trying to find him- 
Anderson: What was that?
Kaidan: Nothing. I've got to go write an e-mail...

"Few weeks later, Kaidan and Shep meet at the Citadel, there's just an awkward silence.
Kaidan: So, like... You didn't replied to my message.
Shep: Yeah, I couldn't.
Kaidan: How so?
Shep: Cerberus blocked the reply button."

*Casually strolls along, looking for good ME art. Sees this, goes "Yawn, that screenshot again", then takes closer look and goes "Oh, it's actually art, okay, that's rather good"*
