to be honest i never knew anything about this character until a couple of days ago when i was asked to do her as a commission.i hope you like her.

Everyone's favorite Perfecto. In fanfiction, she's the one that usually reforms and changes to Acme Loo.

Perfecto seems interested in up and coming cartoon characters for adult oriented cartoons either satire or adult situations. Opposed to the Tex Avery tradition over at Acme Loo'. No wonder they're polar opposites.

Rubella Rat is from Perfecto Prep, Acme Looniversity's main competition. She is the equivalent of Babs Bunny (ironically played by the same actress who voiced Babs).
Good rendition except for one thing. She's genuinely smiling. She should be having a sneer or a pseudo-smile on her face.

as i mentioned before i knew absolutely nothing about this character before i drew her. all i had was the reference images that were sent to me & she wasnt smiling in any of those.
