Took about two and a half hour wit hmany breaks in between to take a step back and revise what to do next. Was really fun to draw and I kept on changing things/ coming back to certain areas to improve it.
It's part of an art trade :3 And also thanks to Zerin who also watched an old vid of mine, reminding me of trying to capture me drawing,

Very gorgeous colors. o,o I can stare at this all day. You did amazing bringing out the vibrant-ness of the feathers and even the beak.

Ha first try at the beak I totally failed, but in the end I went back again and redid it ^^

One of my first times on feathers! I was so surprised when it went good I just checked some tutorials on bird feathers (but they didn't really help because every single feather was detailed colored -- I didn't want to go that detailed o.0) but the thing that helped me most were a few bird photos where the edges of the feathers were stringy/fluffy Thank you!!
