Description This is a remake of one of my old oil paintings. It will also be my entry for the "draw this again" contest. (nightpark.deviantart.com/#/d5g… I could not stop laughing my ass off at how different the new and the old one look.

Love the brushwork!

Personally the dude looks a bit stiff--maybe part of that is because I can't imagine someone that close to an epic dragon being all 'come hither'. But man. Epic dragon and angle (way better than the original), though.

I had a 'come at me bro' pose in mind, like 'my ship is wrecked, my crew is gone, the treasures lost, so what... a dragon? Can't get any worse.' kind of attitude. Das Maul ist dir super gelungen, gerade dieses Leuchten von innen heraus kommt super zur Geltung durch den Kontrast zu den restlichen dunklen Farben!

Danke dir! Eigentlich lΓ€cheln meine Drachen nur selten, aber machmal arbeite ich mit den Farben so, dass es so aussieht als hΓ€tten sie eine gewisse Mimik. Ist hier auch so, das "LΓ€cheln" soll man nur vom Weiten sehen kΓΆnnen.
