Okay I was just going to color this really quick... but I ended up really get into it. I love how they turned out, except for Yue.... For some reason he just wouldn't turn out right.
Note: I can change the font in the middle if needed.

In photoshop the is a layer option called Overlay put the texture you want on top and you'll get the texture. The color does matter tho. So if you need to change the color use the layer option Hue/Sat . When I get the time I am going to do a coloring tutorial.

Yeah most the time I don't, unless there is a specific look I am going for, cuz drawing patterns yourself is a pain in the butt.

I think Yue looks fine! All of the colours look good, and all have different moods, which is great.
