I was so insanely bored today, so I started playing with liquid latex and facial scars, which made me throw a Bill Weasley cosplay together
He is in no way a permenant cosplay, or a cosplay I worked on. I just made the scars and picked an outfit out of my closet

slight problem bill had a ponytail & under the end of book 7 he was unscarred... these look fresh so prolly right the battle not sure if u look old enoughhe was prolly late 20s then but then again i will be 29 next month I sll most people react to me like I'm a teen
