Going through my inbox, I usually just glaze over people's submissions, but this one made me stop and I instantly fell in love with it.
First, the colors you've captured. Instead of the normal grays and blacks people catch in city shots, you've got such a wide array of colors that are all very pleasing aesthetically. The deep blues in the sky are rich without being over powering, and the subtle greens from the buildings near the center add a really beautiful effect on the water.
Next, I just love the lines you've managed to get in here. The eye follows along the water, up to the largest building, to the colors in the sky wonderfully. I love a good photograph that has a cohesive line of sight.
All around, great work of art right here. The ONLY reason why I gave a 2 for originality is because taking pictures of cities from a distance, over water has been done time and time again, but if it's not broke, don't fix it. I love images like this, and you did an amazing job all around.
