I really like this. It's nice to see Kanji guides. It looks lovely, but actually putting it into practice is the bane of my linguistic experience... that and damn tonal languages and Scottish Gaelic pheonetics and letter changes. >.< I'm currently studying Mandarin Chinese on my own time to try to teach it to my brother, but I love Japanese, too. It's nice because the Kanji is pretty much the same in both langauges, if I'm not mistaken, or at least incredibly similar. It's a great to see the individual strokes illustrated. It really helps in breaking down how to do the character, rather than just looking at it as a whole and going, "WTH?? I'm supposed to write THAT?? Dammit!"Agreat idea. Are you maybe thinking of doing other Kanji symbols or is this a one time thing?
