Description Another one from my recent trip to Spiti in Himachal Pradesh ( India).

The place is called Chandratal and is a small, about a kilometer long lake surrounded by snow covered mountains.

Its in Himachal between Manali and Kinnaur. Largely a inhabitated area, District is Called Lahaul & Spiti. Sits on the North Western side of Himachal.
