Yes, It the newer one... Not the larger older one that was first built. This is the active one, not sure how old it is though.

The older one is quite pretty; with its candy cane striped lantern dome. I hear that it is open to the public. It was marked for demolition at one stage; but preservationists stepped in and saved it. I'm not sure myself as to what year the new lighthouse was built and lit.

This is the old one...
I toured through, quite impressive. They built a wood frame residence and office around the stone, the idea was that if the house caught fire it would burn down but the stone lighthouse would still be standing. They have recreated the interior furnishings to what they would have been back in the day.
I just looked it up and the old one was built in 1836, and operated until the new one was built in 1955, they used the lamp from the old one for the new one.

Its a pity; the lantern room is usually the best part. I wonder why it was closed off?
