Great sky, great subject, great composition. My only complaint is that section of blown out sky. If you bracketed exposures I might try to see if you have a darker one where that area isn't blown out and use layers and masks in photoshop to recover some detail.

Thanks, Thanks, Thanks... and yeah, I took several exposures of this scene, but I'm still old fashioned and only use one frame per image. I have seen too many images just blatantly stripped of anything natural looking by undergoing HDR and layers and on and on... so I still just do the best with what I can with one frame.

Things are good but kinda crazy. I got laid off but I hated my job anyway and we have a little savings so I'm not worried about it. We were going to move to Corvallis so I could finish school at OSU in the summer but now we will be moving in March at the end of this term. It doesn't make sense to start a new job for only a month so I will be trying to float myself on savings for the next month and in the meantime I will be looking for part-time work in Corvallis starting in mid-march. So I now have an extra 40 hours a week on my hands which means more time for working on my photos and hopefully getting some stock photography up as well as the ability to sell prints from my website (my fiance has a big list of other things for me to do though).
