Just a short and spontaneous oneshot that I wrote in the middle of the night.

This incident happened at around 1944, during Paulina's first attempt to escape from Germany to Switzerland. This led to her being captured by an Englishman who wanted to put her into good use by planning on training her to become his bird. He gave her the name of Sorcha, which Paulina obviously hated due to her being used to her old name. This quickly led to her finding a way to escape from her confinement a few weeks later, leading to her continuing on her journey to Switzerland via Germany. Though she must admit that this experience Englishman did teach her quite a few things, she did find him quite annoying with the falconry hood and all... but she still stole it from him while she escaped because she thought that it might be put to good use one day.

This oneshot is complete trash, but it does give you a brief insight on how Paulina sees the world and how she treats others that she doesn't fully trust. It was also my first doodle in my 2024 sketchbook, and I was planning on doodling some other animals at first but quit due to me not wanting to do so because of personal reasons that bring me discomfort.
