More Cam concept art because I wanted to show his character more. His OC lore has almost been fully developed, and to be honest, he's one of my fandom OCs (besides some of my Pokémon ones) with the most detailed lore ever. This piece of concept art is also quite wordy, so I do apologize if you can't take in that much information. It's just that I love him too much and want to share every detail about him to the world.

In my latest "status update" post, I've talked a bit about Cam's lore and design origin. Soon, I will be posting more content about Cam's backstory - maybe even write yet another fanfic for him. (I know... I haven't finished my other fanfics yet, but I just have too many unfinished projects.)

I made Cam an ivory-billed woodpecker not just because I love ivory-bills, it's also because they used to exist in the southern parts of the United States, though not in the desert. Cam's just... really lost. Technically, he isn't lost, but he just couldn't find a place where he thinks he belongs in, as the town where most ivory-bills are from in his lore - Carya Woods - was intentionally burnt down as their species was heavily persecuted at that time (a reference to deforestation and overhunting leading to the possible extinction of the ivory-billed woodpecker).
