I decided to give Dr. Die a nurse assistant so please say Hello Nurse to Nurse Ida Somishde AKA Insomnia.

She was a normal nurse in training until she discovered she needed a heart transplant. However none of the doctors have ever helped her and Ida was done on her luck and unable to pay for the surgery. But when she ran into the crazed psycho doc Die, the devilish doctor offered poor Ida a new heart for free but still at a price. So now that Ida was all better with a new heart, she was sent back to work. However Die gave her a serial killer's heart and it now possesses Ida, turning her into a cold-hearted, emotionless killer. She even no longer has the need to sleep, hence the name Insomnia. The last time she ever closed her eyes was when she was prepped for surgery. Insomnia now works as Die's nurse assistant and assists the mad doc in whatever macabre way without question. Only she serves and obeys Die's every command and need.
