WHEW!!! This took the longest among all of my drawings >_<... finally finished. XD

The character is K' Dash from SNK's King of Fighters videogame series. He is my sister's all-time favorite game character (not because he's strong but because he's cool. lol). This is gift art for her~

I used pics from the internet for his jacket's texture (barely visible) and the city lights. Everything else (except the text) was hand drawn using tablet and SAI paint tool~
