I've officially cleared Kingdom Hearts Final Mix last Monday! And to celebrate, I drew Riku in his heartless costume. I want to clear the game 100% before moving on to Re:Chain of Memories. I've already beaten that blasted Ice Titan in the coliseum... But then there's still Sephiroth. And what the f*ck! there's also the Mysterious Figure. REALLY?! I had nightmares of him back in Birth by Sleep. I have to beat him again? DAMN!Ā
Oh, I used a pencil for this drawing and adjusted the hues and saturation with Photoshop.Ā

Ahhhhh yes . . . . . sephiroth . . . . . I swear in the first kingdom hearts he's almost unbeatable. He was the only thing I didn't do before moving on to Kingdom Hearts 2 *Back when Re:chain of memories hadn't came out yet*.Ā Good luck with him.

Re:chain of memories might be even more annoying though, since it's based on a card battle system, scratch that. Real-time card combat system. XD

Really really like the details there.
Now I find it a bit similar to the Colossal Titan since it has that strands of muscular tissues like the ones that the Colossal Titan has as well.
And also... Cookies?
Now I'm thinking Sora wouldn't be gullible enough to join with with just cookies.

Speaking of muscles, whenever I see anatomical human figures/dummies, I always remember Shingeki no Kyojin.

Not sure if i beat the game on 100% (it was really long time ago), but i surely remember Sephiroth... such a nice guy with a freaking apotheosis of japanese fantasy blades X____X You just wait for KH2.

Speaking of KH 2, I was super happy when I found out they're releasing Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD for the PS3 next year. It includes KH 2 and Birth by Sleep! YES!
So now I hope Kingdom Hearts 3 will also be available for PS3, but I doubt that. 
And Sephiroth. Even when I'm at level 91, I still can get through his purple HP meter. He just knocks me around like a rag doll - especially that Heartless Angel move. I'm looking around the Net for strategies now.

Few times I dreamt I was in those "helmet" games that takes you inside a virtual reality. Others I dreamt I was making a game as in programing but they are mostly illustrations (last I made a 3D Render of Master Thomas for Megaman ZX Advent, for the Secret Ending scene and it was freaking awesome, though I don't know how to make 3D art)

When I think of Riku, I think of his stance - Soul Eater held overhead and his free hand outstretched - and this scene from the KHII opening.

... at this point, any praise I give towards your artwork is immediately thrown in with the comment. Words of praise cannot express how great you do, man.
Oh trust me, Mysterious Figure's much easier in this than BBS by a long shot. I recommend abusing strike raid and Goofy's MP Gift ability, paired with any kind of MP regeneration all three party members can have. Keep your distance and, hell, throw in Tinkerbell if you're feeling like you're on thin ice.
Sephiroth... once again, strike raid is fantastic, especially when Sephy tries to use Heartless Angel against you. You'll need just about every support ability with offense (avoid vortex and Ripple Drive!!!) and try to perform aerial combos against him. Hurricane Blast worked wonders for me, personally. And remember to DODGE and be patient! He gets easier after he uses SuperNova on you for the first time.Ā
As for Re:Chain of Memories, I've yet to beat it, but I heard a troubling rumor that it's in fact different from the PS2 release, regarding cards in reward chests, enemy color designs, and a change in sleights. That's what I've noticed so far, but I couldn't get too far. My brother's fiance is borrowing my copy. As a Final Fantasy/KH gamer, I am ashamed. TT^TT

Those are great strategies! i'll make sure to keep those in mind when I start facing off with the baddies. You mentioning that the Mysterious Figure is much easier here in KH Final Mix than in BBS sure is a big sigh of relief.
As for Sephiroth, well, I haven't faced him yet, so guess I'll have to learn stuff on my own while fighting him and also using your suggestions.

Ahh, Phantom... I got your strategy for ya~
Preparations
1. Set your magic hot locks to Firaga, Blizzaga, and Thundaga (assuming you have all three.) This is pretty much quintessential considering the boss's weakness constantly changes whenever you land a hit on him.
In short, red means fire, blue means blizzard, yellow means thunder, and white means physical attack.
2. Party members. Considering Peter Pan is a must in order to trigger the boss battle, I highly suggest bringing Goofy along (MP Gifts are great, but they're even better when they're throwing items at you. Goofy has the most item slots in the game iirc.) Fill up his stock with Ethers/Mega Ethers/Elixirs/whatever, and make sure you set Peter & Goofy's customization (HP/MP Only in Emergency.) That'll tell Goof & Peter that they'll need to give you support when you actually need it. Personally, I gave myself all the Elixirs, and if you find yourself running low on 'em, you can farm materials for synthesizing them.
3. Equipment. Anything that gives yourself & Goofy the highest MP boost you got. Magic strengthening is fine, summons are useless, and this boss requires, once again, patience & timing (the button-masher's worst enemy.)

The Fight Itself
IMMEDIATELY CAST WHATEVER STOP SPELL YOU HAVE ON THE CLOCK TOWER. This cannot be stressed enough, as the entire battle rests on the curse Phantom puts on you and your party, and how long you can delay it. You're gonna need both party members if you wanna survive this time-consuming bastard's onslaught. ONE CAST ISN'T ENOUGH. You're gonna need to periodically cast Stop on Big Ben over there because, as they say, all good things must unfortunately come to an end. I'd say cast it again once you hit him 3-9 successful times, whatever you feel comfortable with.
At some points, Phantom'll start shooting some orb at Sora. Use Aerora(-ga's better) before it touches Sora and the orb'll dissipate, leaving Sora completely protected by wind. Also try to evade Phantom at all times.Ā
Only attack him when his orb is showing a color. Don't bother with him while he's doing something.
After what'll feel like an hour, you'll have finally defeated him! Congrats! ^w^
