Ok.This is a fried icecream.
With a prawn cracker, baby corn, rice paper flower, soy sauce, salt, water, and a bottle cap off a Vodka Cruiser.
My friends and I decided to have a bit of fun with some food no one was gonna eat.
Guess Mum was right...best not to play with your food.

If it'll make you feel better, next time there's a risk of fried icecream artistry emerging we'll endevour to get you around for it. You need at least 5 people at the table, some not-quite finished drinks, salt, pepper and for some people to have spilled food for it to work, so hopefully you don't drink much, are a messy eater, and bring someone else?
