Awesome drawing, the hair look amazing and it's very well coloured. The face has great details (such as subtile shadows) and the eyes are downright gorgeous. You're very talented, only point to work on is the way the shirt would fit and fold on her body (it looks great on the shoulders and arms however).
Amazing work, keep going!
