David, O Hare is the oldest ally of the heroine known as the Armored Sentry, who knew him yet when she was a simple country girl April O'Hara and he was David Hully. Well, or at least she knew him by hearsay because back then they lived in completely different worlds. She was the girl next door who had an interest in sports and friends, and he was a lonely outsider. Strictly speaking, he was an outsider who, despite this, stood out pretty much since from an early age he could easily construct and deconstruct various machines. What's more, thanks to that he stood out from the crowd so much that when April's parents were killed in a shootout, she knew one thing... She needed his technical genius to catch their killers, and that's why she, without hesitation went begging for his help. Well, at least she went to him with such intention, because as it turned out, it wasn't even necessary. Because as soon as David heard that she needed his help repairing and perfecting high-advanced combat armor, he agreed without hesitation, and even more. He did it with a passion that can only be compared with the passion with which he later work as her engineer and chairman, and later on, when an accident took away the use of her legs, also the passion with which he became her caregiver. Though no, sorry, he held the latter role, partly out of unfounded guilt, partly because of what they'd been through together, with even more passion. What's more, he performed it with such passion that before both of them knew it, a feeling was born between them. More precisely, a feeling arose between them, which in just two years led them first to the delivery room, then to the wedding, after which they became a happy nuclear family that broke up with the hero. Well, at least that was until someone decided to kidnap their daughter to force April to lose an important trial because then they had no choice. David, who knew how much his wife wanted to go back to being a hero, had to give her an anniversary gift ahead of schedule, and his wife had to use it to save their daughter. That gift was an upgraded wheelchair that could transform into battle armor, which was perfect for fighting evil, and that's what April used it for. More specifically, she used it first to save her daughter and then to start fighting evil again as an Armored Sentinel, but this time without being alone. This time David, not wanting to be just her engineer and chairman as well as not wanting to let his wife fight alone, joined her with a robot built parallel to her armor that he could control with his watch.
