People, PLEASE stop using this! It isn't their art and they did not receive permission to turn it into a base. This is blatant art theft and while I'm sure they weren't/aren't aware that this is an issue, that doesn't mean it's okay to encourage it.
The image this is from was published officially by CLUB STRIPES, an adult furry site (aka, this was from a porn comic). The artists use pseudonyms so I'm not sure which artist drew this frame in particular but the entire series and artwork associated is the intellectual property of Club Stripes.

That is why when you use google images, underneath each image you pull up, it says, "Images may be subject to copyright". Whether or not they found this on google doesn't really matter.

Google is not an artist. You cannot credit 'google' as a creator because it is a search engine. It pulls images from other online locations- this doesn't negate the original creators' legal copyright. Club Stripes legally owns the image this was traced from.

Cool base and all but you shouldn't trace othwr people's artwork, it can get you into serious trouble with Copyright issues.

That doesn't give them the right to trace it. Just because you "find it on google" does not mean that you can trace over it, the original artist put a lot of effort into the piece to have someone just go in take it and trace over it to turn it into a cheap base.
