Although I have long since left the OC tokusatsu community (more like voluntary inactive or retire from it) and I like to remain separated with this debacle, as a ex-member of it I would like to share my two cents about this from what I gather:
To clarify, I only read this, the original Fair Warning post, and a few of SkyRiderDuke's journals and statuses. Plus been out of the loop so I might get some things messed up.
Although I disagree with SRD's rather impulsive reactions and responses, I have to agree on a point he made. In recent time I have been associating you, Malunis, and CC as a very close team. I see you guys doing each other characters in your own styles (first, since eventually you guys start doing everyone's character though via a request service) and sometimes using each other art for your own piece. Should you guys stop/disband? Heck no. If you can do great things with other people, never stop doing it. I'm just saying publicly you guys do get link together sometimes. Heck, I think it was more publicly connected then you, AC, RiderB0y, and the rest of the original Shin Riders group back when.
I do find it hypocritical that a bunch of users that have the good intention of defending their friend from harassment from a group of people are forming their own group and harassing people. Like c'mon , it's like you guys want more conflict to keep both party relevan- *furiously typing new conspiracy theory*
That's it. Now, I must go and find these so-call "Tea, Poker, and C&D" nights you guys have been having without me.

So I'll give you a quick run down.
-He was confronted for using my work, and lying to Zeltrax that he made them using a tutorial video. Which you of all people know is not possible.
-When he was confronted by one person he denied it left and right. When I saw that I decided to confront him
-When I did he took no responsibility.
-that was the end of that, until he posted on Zeltrax's post about being harassed by me and Malunis and he ended up be confronted by Malunis. During their conversation he still didn't take responsibility for what he done and decided to be rude about it.
-after that I posted fair warning.
-now CometCosmic saw the same work that we confronted him about, having his artwork, and I wont doubt he has other people's work too.
You of all people know the Toku Community is very tight nit, especially if you are posting regularly doesnt matter how "popular" you are. Most people can spot a person's work a mile a way. And if they see that its being used by someone else, they will hear about it. I mean look at Taiko's sprite work. Almost every other week someone is telling him that someone took his artwork.

Ehh. I never did anything for either of them until Malunis got a request in during the later half of list two for lockseeds and I haven't done anything for Netro, cept a failed eyecon which was changed into Dyed. Only thing Malunis has done regarding anything I've done is to redo the requests he's made in his style for his custom lock soundboard, and as for Netro I entered the kokage project like everyone else.
Definitely wouldn't say we're coordinated in any way, and certainly not to some conspiratorial level, but I would like some more tea. Like I said in my novel of a comment here, I had never seen any comment exchange about what happened. Most I knew at the time was some kid bugged em in the past, seemed to happen to quite a few people that week. Anyway, I filled out my report for the issue I found and then stumbled upon that loveliness later. Actually according to his own journals and comments it's only Malunis and Netro who were the "glory hoggers" until this last thing. People only seem to become an issue when they raise an issue with any theft.
Overall for the situation, from what I understand, and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, issues were reached with deviations separately and then it all happened to come from the same source. Heck, I've had quite a few cases of art theft happening and honestly can't remember if I'd dealt with him before, but like I said before, from the lack of me being on that earlier "hogger" list I guess not. From what I saw looking at his gallery after I found the deviation I had a problem with, it looked like that same string of eyecon deviations had had a theft problem or something of the sort before and he continued it.
Also to touch on your last point, I just report and block people who take stuff so there can't be any real conflict. Some of the things in that status are hysterical though xD the conspiracy theory thing is lolzy, but the "30 year old ass", Comet Cosmic, and "most popular Kamen Rider D.A. user" thing really got me laughing xD The age ain't right, the name ain't right, and I can show you the metrics to prove the last one ain't right heck I don't have to I can solve it in 1 name, crimes0n.

Totally 30 year old Comet Cosmic here. It's all a lie! It's a big conspiracy. We meet up for tea, we play some poker, and then we pick who to report.
Okay but for real. As I've said before, I like to browse related deviations in my spare time to check out the community and if I find something suspicious I'll get definite proof of it. While I strive to get things as close as possible to the look of the dx toys and official images, I have to say the errors are what really help out finding the thieves.
Back to the current situation. This time I found an issue with a deviation, filled out the report, and then discovered the history. So if there's been a fun conspiracy I've been left out :c and I want the tea I'm owed (protip: if multiple people independently find issue with your work because you outright take theirs and post it, it isn't a conspiracy, regardless of their popularity).
Also, I do what I do cause I enjoy it. Check the view counts on like CoD's soundboard, which needs another update, and the sprite flashes. Love working on those and updating them, even if the sprite ones bug me from time to time (damn thing showing spaces between blocks and then when you zoom in it's correct), but they don't have near the views as flash belts and such. Requests are done cause I enjoy doing them. Heck, I took up doing the soundboards, which turned into the flash belts because I decided to do a moving knife on the soundboard, because they were something I wanted to play with.
Anyway, back to working on requests and watching the debate
