Neth, as part of the Eevee Guild--for those that breed 'Vee--gets to participate in the Eevee Parade. Which is not so much a parade as it is a formal ball at the Breeders Conference. And she...likes fancy dresses. And matching. And she almost always takes a Flareon, which represents her Fire breeding and her 'Vee breeding. So her dress looks good.Prismacolors and ink.
