037 - Vulpix. "At the time of its birth, Vulpix has one white tail. The tail separates into six if this Pokémon receives plenty of love from its Trainer. The six tails become magnificently curled."

Aurica is Nethilia Nyassusani's personal Vulpix. She was born in the Haunted Mansion of Cinnabar, and hated by her kitmates because she was a Shiny. (They called her her Kyanrai, which means "shiny piece of shit." in Common-Tongue.) Neth found her one night after lurking about when she was a two-tailed kit. After hearing her story, Neth can't help but love her. And when her brothers and sisters found her to beat her up, Neth fought her kitmates off.

When Kyanrai begged to go with Neth, she took her in and loved her. Neth renamed her Aurica and they have been together ever since. At this time, with all six tails, she is heading into a house to scout the place, because she and Neth got by for years as burglars--the Shadow Meowth and her 'Pix.

Vulpix is the whole reason I ever got into Pokémon. I cheated a bit, on this one. The Crayolas were not doing what I wanted, so I busted out the Faber Castells. It was very much worth it, indeed.
