Inspired by the Billy Joel song of the same name: youtu.be/fo_vn_Ilsu8Ever since I was very young, I always got this "Lion King" vibe when listening to this song, so I decided to go along with that idea when drawing this.
I've envisioned a big musical number with this song, with Marilyn breaking into song as the lead voice and the various wild animals as her backup singers.
Meek just follows behind her uncertain of what to make of all this.

To be honest, I'm not really that concerned about working on dynamic perspective. As long as I can get my ideas out on paper, that's all I really care about.

I read the title and actually thought about a Le Cirque Du Soleil connection (It says The River of DREAMS.). Still, amazing song and drawing (You can not beat Billy Joel, after all.). Keep up the good work.
