Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Dragon Xyz monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) If your opponent controls 2 or more monsters and you control no monsters, this effect becomes the following: ● Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster from your face-up Extra Deck, then Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck whose Rank is equal that monster's Level +1 (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.), and if you do, attach this card to it as material. You can only activate 1 "Rank-Up-Magic Odd-Eyes Force" per turn.
