Description
This one's a bit random and I figure I should give this one a go after it came to me, but anyway, here's a take on Black Mask (or rather his successor) if he showed up in Batman Beyond.

His identity a mystery, the individual who would succeeded Roman Sionis started off as a typical henchman who admired the mobster for his ruthlessness and manage to maintain control over his crime family, being the few to stand their grounds despite the "costumed freaks" having taken over the criminal underworld. Following Black Mask's final defeat at the hands of Batman and the disbandment of the Sionis Crime Family, the lone henchman vow to keep his legacy alive. For the next two decades, he began to work his way up to the ranks, eventually forming a gang of his own and using what he learns, began to take one territory after another, gaining enough resources to revive the Sionis Crime Family and becoming the new Black Mask. Upon learning of Batman's sudden return, he makes preparations for their inevitable encounter, determine to put personally a bullet in the Tomorrow Knight's head.
