I'll have you know that this actually pales in comparison to what I've seen. A butt is a butt is a butt. But then you have the more adult side of the fandom, which is found on Patreon, Tumblr, etc. DeviantArt's maturity settings only cover so much before the art begins to straddle the line between being "mature" and "pornographic". This, I believe, is far, far away from the "maturity" level of the spectrum.
Now, as a female approaching the age of sixteen, I can't help but find enjoyment in the images that suit my taste. But ONLY if they suit my taste. And being sixteen, I particularly do not like being called a child in terms of mental maturity or capacity. But there are things I certainly would not look at when surrounded by 6-10 year olds on the bus ride to and from school.
Now if the artist had put something rather verbally vulgar in taste to accompany the character, then I would turn my nose at it.

Alright, so this is going to sound really crazy, but theres actually quite a bit of things in the iCarly theme song that leads me to believe that it was a song about America’s actions in the Middle East after 9/11. Wouldn't it make sense that they would want to indoctrinate children to justify the government’s actions?

This might be a little far fetched, but I’m curious what other people think of this. The song was written a considerable amount of time after the war, but after the war is when people started to question it. This isn't meant to be slanderous in any way towards the US or the people who wrote the song, but I feel like the striking wording can’t go undressed.

The amount of situations in this game even made me as a 17 year old speechless.

Alright so since dullcarcass blocked me which I'm not surprised of, I'll just comment here to make my point clear.
Kids are curious, some are not. There's always a way for a kid to access certain things if they were really intrigued.
As I said there are little kids butting in Undertale topics (butting, see what I did there?) they are not supposed to.
That's nice you let your cousins play the game and I believe that they had fun. but that's beside the point.
There are people everywhere claiming a game to be for their specific age. Which is not true of course.
The game might be really for everyone since a kid might skip the game with maybe killing something once or twice or completly sparing.
But that doesn't mean that the game doesn't contain parts not made for kids under 15 or even lower. I see your point, it's hard for them to access to that run, but it's possible.
Hence why it could be possibly be not for kids.
How come it was shoved into your face when you were given the option in clicking on it in the first place?
If you saw the thumbnail you'd be aware of what would happen next upon viewing it.
You basically proved your own point for the reason to get mad over it. That's at least how I see it, every picture is highlighted in a thumbnail.
Now if my argument is valid or not, I don't know. It's a thing of viewing this topic overall I guess.

How are kids supposed to even know about the genocide run in the first place? Toby didn't expect this many people to play the game, so even if there wasn't a million spoilers on the internet about it I doubt it'd make the game completely unplayable for children. Hell, I even let my little cousins look at the game sometimes and they're 7 and 5. The game is meant for everyone, I am so SICK of adults trying to say the game is only for them just because it has some violent content that's ONLY accessible to people who intend to find it.
And no, I'm not disgusted by something as simple as a body part, I'm disgusted that it was basically shoved in my face because it was in a group, unmarked for mature content, so it's basically shoving it in everyone's face whos in that group.
