Bio: Honey Diamond is an extremely intelligent Diamond. She loves to experiment and make new things that can help her fellow Diamonds. However, there's one thing that Honey Diamond hates the most about her job. It's when she's given Gems/corrupted Gems to experiment on. Other Diamonds who feel like a suitable punishment is experimentation usually send the Gems to Honey. As much as it pains her, she always goes through with it, as this is her job. But after the experimentation is over and the Gem is either shattered or poofed back into their Gem, Honey will break down crying. If another Diamond is with her watching the experimentation, she won't start crying till after that Diamond leaves. Her subjects know she'll do this, so they're quick to comfort her in any way they can. After all, they hate to see their Diamond cry. Honey has a little too much empathy for Gems, even corrupted ones. Experimenting on any sentient life usually leaves her crying and heart broken. Honey tries to be nice and respectful to any Diamond she meets, even if they're rude to her in return. She doesn't see the need of being mean back, it helps no one. Honey would rather be kind since sometimes that's all you can do. She doesn't mind if fusions join her court, but she can't allow corrupted Gems to join, as they are unstable and she can't garuntee they won't hurt her other subjects. She's completely understanding and if any of her Gems need a break, she's more than willing to give it to them. But if it's apparent someone is slacking off, she will give them a very disappointed look. No one really wants to disappoint Honey Diamond, though.
Court Info: Honey Diamond's court is specifically made for creation, study, and experimentation. This mainly involves technology and or other things that need studying. Her court has four distinct rankings, each with their own jobs. The Queen is Honey Diamond. She oversees all works done and gives the ok on any project of creation. As head scientist, she is the go-to when you want something made/studied. Worker Gems are the other scientists, the ones that do all of the hard work alongside their Diamond. Drone Gems are those that do not fit into any of the other categories. They are usually used more as diplomats that get sent out to other Diamonds to see if they require something from Honey's court. Scout Gems are in charge of going out and retrieving materials for the Workers. They are usually the stronger of the bunch, as they sometimes encounter alien life that they must fight against in order to retrieve the necessary materials. Each member is important to the production of the Hive.
Extras:
-She buzzes when she hums
-Honey loves extremely puffy/fluffy things
-She doesn't like sitting in chairs that bend her wings at an uncomfortable angle.
-If any other Diamond goes to her court just to visit her, she gets extremely excited and will be very happy for the whole day. She likes company.
-When she's excited/beyond happy, her wings will make a soft buzzing sound.
-She works endlessly to make sure new technology works. Her court members all seem to get swallowed up in their work and refuse to stop until their task is complete.
-Very easy to get flustered/embarrassed
-Will usually call everyone pet names. (I.E: Sugar, hon, sweetheart, sweetie-pie, etc.) Though if they don't like pet names, she will try very hard to call them by their name (she will mess up on occasion and will apologize profusely for it)
-Her Gem moves around whenever she switches between outfits. If you ask her why it does this, she'll laugh and tell you it was from a faulty experiment. There's a handful of other Gems in her court that are also like this.

And here's my Queen Bee!! I really really like how her design came out! She switches between outfits depending on when her lab outfit is needed or not :> If you want, you're welcome to make court members for her! But please credit me for her court and do post their ref here!! I'd love to see them (and probably draw them shuush)
Edit: As much as I looooooooove dark skinned Honey Bee, the colour didn't really fit with her ;<; Let's just agree that in a human au, she's a beautiful dark bee.
