This should have been a journey like all the other ones...

The Story :

While thinking about all the great moments they had, he suddently felt like he had to remember how everything had began. At first, it wasn't supposed to be something exiciting : a business trip of three days in New York, three nights alone in a bed way too big for his only person, no sight seeing, no shopping, just work with people he couldn't care less. Yet he took his camera with him, as he thought "Well, I'll may be able to see some interesting things in the street or something...". He always thought that it was necessary to always carry something which allows you to take pictures. For remembrance, he usually said. Especially after 9/11, he just considered that everything could happen, anywhere and at any time. In fact, maybe he just wanted something to happen...
His luggage checked, he still had to wait before the boarding in the plane. The D terminal in Orly was brand new. Some appealed by the architecture, he just took a quick picture of it. "That's how it began" would he say nowadays.
Even now, you can still see a tear running on his cheeck everytime he watch this picture.
