Description Trying to learn how to draw Basch. It's really a scrap, but I don't like that scraps can only be viewed by you and your friends (Edit: This is, in fact, not true. I'm a noobsauce)... Complete strangers can't stumble onto your crap... So I threw some hardly-discernable color on it and called it a deviation.

It's a little frustrating that drawing Basch is a bit like Solid Snake...

And as a side note, I don't know WHAT THE HELL is wrong with my scanner...

Not sure why you stopped... From what I've seen, you're a freakin' monster with a pencil... You've got the bases for some great work, IMO you should keep at it....

o__O This is really good. I was planning on writing a story with him as the proud father of a girl who was raised by his brother, and just as bad as Balthier.... but I'm working on one w/ his kid a boy... I'm trying XD Balthier has a son in it too. The hard part is... I'm just guessing how they act as parents. It's fun none-the-less so I'll keep on lol

Personally, I think that Balthier would make a decent father... I think he's the kind of guy who would learn from his father's mistakes. As for Basch.... I think he may be a bit too battered for something so gentle... But maybe it would be just the thing to help heal his mental wounds..??

That's probably true... I'm just winging it.... These stories are what I need help on drawing Basch for... (and yes... you're probably right... Basch wouldn't be able to do so. At least not w/out hurting the boy quite a bit in the process... besides, unless I write AU, I can't really see him as a dad >.>
Anyway, I'm just having fun, so thank you. I will use your pic as a reference... (If that was a yes XD

Three years after the game... o__O Is it spoiling it for you? If it makes you feel better, the other one I put up will take place DURING the game... the one w/ Basch's daughter... the only problem is that he was supposed to be 19 when he left his girl to become a full fledged knight (Can't spell >< and THEN she was born...
