It's a BJD( Ball Jointed Doll), more common known as fashion doll. It's not a figurine and the scale usually from 1:6 or 1:3.

As far as I know, BJD (Ball Joint Doll) owners are pretty much very dedicated to their doll. You might want to start a collection too. It's expensive hobby I can't afford.
