Corny. But hey. I like it, and I hope Travis Willingham does too - it's for the contest in his LJ.I tried a new coloring technique that I stole from *nyanko-chan , who made a tutorial not too long ago, if memory serves right. I kinda like it.
Cel-shading is made easy this way.The anatomy MAY be a bit off, but hey, I'm still not perfect.
Also: FUCKIT THE BIG HEAD SYNDROME IS BACK.

OOOOOH, it's great! Man, I never manage to make him look good. Haven't drawn anything with them yet, not even anything in anime. Way too stubborn way too long. But I love this one, very cool work!

Nah, kidding there. But actually I shouldn't had said anything about anime being less worth than other drawingstyles when I never even have drawn a single mangaeye. There's alot to learn from Anime, indeed. Never hurts one to know some. FMA truly is candy for the eyes, ears, and the sense of humour, so nonone can say it isn't art. Just look at the moves, and reflections in water and eyes, the landscapes, characterdesign...Love it!

I really admired the earlier, non-filler animation in Naruto for the same reason as I did with FMA. I'm not saying anime/manga is the haute couture of art, but I like it as much as I like to see a good traditional painting. It's all about the pretty, and if it's a creative expression then to me, it's art. Even if it's a poem, and I hate poems, but they're still art.
What I really find hard to appreciate though is modern art. I'd rather see something pretty in it instead of having to guess for a meaning. ^^ I'm not a deep thinker.

Neither so are me. It's much more interesting to see a real picture in it than some random circles and blobs. Well, haven't watched that much anime yet, but I think FMA is gonna get me to draw and watch more of it.
I've seen a few poems that I really like, but most of the poetry I read is my twinsister's. Not that it gives you a very deep thoght of life, but they use to have rather ffunny themes. Hmmmmm, speaking of FMA and fun, I wonder why Roy is so incredible popular to make fun of?

Yeah. Well, I gotta say this little speech has given me a new insight: Saying peoples who draw anime do it just because they can't draw anything else is like saying photographs take photos just because they can't make a painting of what they see. So....thanks

It almost looks oekaki-like, which is neither good or bad, just something I noticed.
Anyway, cool sparklies and a very good hand.
His face does look very Roy-like, if not somewhat too big XD But you knew that.
Apart from the big-head syndrome, I can't really find anything wrong with it, so
