Description
So, in 's Hardline series, Mizu shows up! Using a Bride Gem, she transforms into the "Rising Sun of Ancient Days", which I guess makes her a Phoenix Harpy! Hardline's been a fun read so far, and it seemed like a nice contrast to Vaniteux, so figured I'd try to draw it!

While "Majestic Dress" was a bit vague, I wanted to go for something...skimpier, to contrast her usual outfit! Was fun(Read: Frustrating and full of regret) messing with translucent outfit bits! Used 's amazing Mizu pic as reference for her hairstyle an' stuff, which proved handy in figuring out how to interpret her sprite!
