you cant because idiots like this guy dont update their shit, & candybar doesnt work anymore. so half of the docks on devart are worthless. its easy guys, just make it a PNG file. Stop polluting this site with your crap that doesnt even work now.

I think that the mountain lion dock is rendered by software, so i think there's no way to change it...
