Just curious, why do you like TIF format?
Usually I find JPG is better when it come to picture with lots of shades of color, mix of sharp and soft ares.
While I find PNG is amazing awesome with sharp pictures.Β Very detail while have small file size.
One of your TIF picture I tested it... and here are theΒ file size with same resolution:
GIF = 195k
JPG = 197k
PNG = 1.05meg
TIF = 1.09meg

When you use TIF during editing you lose no quality, which you do lose when saving as JPG. The reason it's still TIF when I'm uploading it here is because I apparantly forgot to convert it to JPG when resizing. Which isn't that bad, because with some pictures you can lose quite a lot of quality in that convert as well.
