Finally got this one done orz I've always wanted to make her a sheet but I never did it.Hisame is one of my Touhou OCs.
(if you're wondering why her last name is written in kana and not in kanji, it's because it is more one of her characteristics than a real name)

It's okay with the design,probably all of the Amefurikozos would have hats covering their faces XD I still have problems with her name ( japanese names is hard) and her lower outit too.Probably when she is done,your character will get to know her too (or even interact and meet) :3 Dat shou icon,thanks XD she's kind of grumpy in the original pic
