Description Wonder.

Look into the purple sky.
The colour is so unique,
So odd.
The ground falls into a red tint.
The grass blue with a slight sparkle.
Is this a dream?
You wonder.
Is this the end?
We all wonder that same line.

Pinch against your skin.
Slap against your skull.
You're not dreaming,
This land is not of make believe.
The sky seems to be pale.
The grass withered and sufficating.
What brought on this change?
So sudden.
So harsh.

The greed of man to corrupt the skies.
It's loud march ruining our soil.
The tint of the sky,
Pollution.
The sparkle of the grass,
Tears.

Our motherland,
Our Gaia.
Can you not hear the cries of the planet?
The seas rising with a fearful scream?
The skies dying with such a sorrowful tune?
You stand in wonder of what the world has become.
Where our children will stand in clarity.
For this is all they will know.
The destroyed earth of man before them.
What kind of life is that?
What kind of gift is this?
Mankind's greed destroy's not only their soul.
But their own flesh and blood.

haha, I don't know how many poems i've commented on so far but I think this poem is my favorite :3
I like where it says "the sparkle of the grass, tears" i found that to be so cute even though the poem practically emits depressingly negative things.. >.>
but either way, i really liked this one because there is so much imagery, and it isn't like the other poems you wrote. hehe yeah :]

Hey, Angela from Twocans here--you caught exactly the mood I was going for--the first part even catches some of the glory, too. Thank you!
