First of all, good job failing at using the "reply" button. Secondly, it's a problem because Neko unknowingly broke the rules, and KashimusPrime is trying to help her fix that. She's actually helping Neko, whether you realize it or not.

If I wanted to hit the reply button, I would have hit the reply button. Hence the, "@KashimusPrime." And no, when a person is helpful, they say things l like, "hey, just to let you know, this a an original picture by _______, and it's against the rules to ...," etc, etc. NOT "Traced off of [link]" a MILLION times. That is pestering, it isn't helpful at all.

If you don't have the courage to actually say it to her, why even bother to say anything? And yeah, her first comment was a little snappy because many art thieves do it on purpose, and they're annoying. But after she realized the artist didn't know she was doing something wrong, her comments were much more calm and lighthearted.
The "millions" of other times, she wasn't speaking to the artist, but to other commenters. She's simply letting them know that this work is traced, because many people do not want to favorite or praise art thievery. So far, she's been courteous in letting the artist know what she did was wrong, and to let others know that this is not original art.
So far, all you've done is complain in a rude and immature fashion, and it wasn't even to the person your criticizing. So while she's being productive, you're just being annoying.

What she's trying to say is that, the picture you traced is not from the movie, and was originally made by another artist here on deviantart. You found it on that other website because someone else took it without permission and posted it there.
So what this means is, you traced someone else's artwork, and as such you're not allowed to post it =/
