no, this is kendra kassebaum. Kerry ellis only had the role of elphaba. Two years ago you either had julia murney, or stephanie j block as elphaba. Kerry Ellis was in london two years ago. She only came to broadway as Elphaba in 2008 for a short while and then returned home in the UK. You had Kendra Kassebaum, look up the pictures on Google, she's identical. I did love it though, thanks for asking!
