So I've been going through my old sketchbook and rediscovered a few of my OC's one of which was this character; Prince Alvar. I remember in 2010 I would doodle him everwhere (my sketchbook is basically a compilation of his chibis) and so I looked into my old plots and decided to bring this badass back to life~

Description: In my old post of him I rarely post his description up because during that time I had some privacy issues (I had many occurances at the time when my originality was being copied and it pissed me off so much) but I think I might as well get this down. Without giving out much of the plot this is what I can give you so far. Presently he is of nineteen summers, and living the prestegious life of a prince in the great city of Norcoast. He has a half-brother named Jaxson. Though Jaxson is two summers younger than Alvar he is considered as the crown prince of Norcoast. This is because Alvar has been titled the "bastard" son of the late King Leonard, while Jaxson is considered pure-blood as he birth mother is the Queen and his Father the new King and General of Norcoast.

While Jaxson is raised as a warrior, Alvar self-studied in war stratagies and old mythology in particular Norse Mythology. But within the lands Norse Mythology was often looked down upon as the rulers of the land have often come in battle with the old Norse Tribes. These tribesmen are known for their Blonde hair, Blue eyes, and "barbaric" behaviors which is why those who have these appearance are often looked down upon in society. Concidentally Alvar was born with Blue eyes while the royal line has always been born with brown.

As the plot moves forward Alvar would meet a deity from the Norse Mythology who offers him a bargain after being betrayed by his people and his brother during a Barbarian attack.

My plotline was inspired by reading up on Norse Mythology, and the Grimm brother Tales. In my old post of anything related to Prince Alvar I had posted drawings of the Diety whom had the intials L.R at that time. Those intials stand for Loki Ragnarok inspired by Loki from the mythology. At the time I didn't have a clear idea on what his last name was so that was what I came up with and that is what I am sticking with because he is based off Loki so I am not going to copy his story word by word. Remember INSPIRED.

The reason I stopped with the plotline was because at the time I had orginally created their partnership to be a master and servant kind of partnership. Then..... I discovered Black Butler... I have a short fuse when it comes to finding out that my plots are not original and hearing about an anime with the same relationship with their characters really destroyed me. I didn't want to be critized for having character that could be pointed out as a copy of Black Butler so I stopped. But I'm going to crush the fear of criticism ( I welcome criticism as long as they are fair and have a valid point to make) and just continue on with the plot as I originally made it to be.

Anyway now that I have made the redesign of Alvar here a redesign of Loki will come out soon of please favorite and wait to see him!!!! I will also post a "draw this again" Meme later to show you guys Alvar 3 years ago and now just for fun~
