it really looks like you did since there's an accidental black point that's exacly on the same place on the other side, and the huge smudge line on the middle of the drawing doesn't lie~
I'm not saying it's bad to draw this way, I'd just like that you admited you did it lol

Lol. Do you really want to know how i did it? I didn't mirror it on my computer but I did draw it like a mirror effect. Have you ever seen those thin black papers that people use on documents so it copies on the other copies of paper that looks just the same? Well at my job we got a bunch of those from slips we use for our customers. When I did this drawing I used the paper and drew one side and then I flipped it over and traced it doing the other side that is why it has the mirror effect
