Chibi version of my favorite one-off/gag villain from the Batman universe. ย I heard he's a reworked version of Music Master (Meister is "master" in German if you didn't know.), and I've seen/heard Neil Patrick Harris' vocals as him more than ten times, much to the dismay of my sister.

Yea, he's a new villain. Hes only appeared in the batman brave and the bold series. You should watch the episode, it is AWESOME. Its called Mayhem of the Music Meister. If u love musicals, then u will LOVE this episode ^^
