This is my new adopted OC and probably the last adopt I'll buy for a long time. His name is Volt, and he is 17 years old but acts much younger than he really is.
He's somewhat lazy and timid, and as you can tell, he loves video games. He tends to sing and whistle by himself when no one is around, but he can sing rather well. He likes being alone and enjoys thunderstorms 
I'll add more things to his personality as I draw him more.
I've been wanting a neko OC for a while so I added the cat ears, haha. I feel that I have more than enough OCs to draw now, so I won't be buying any new ones for a very long time to come.
He's singing a tune by himself. Want to join him

I might as well, I think this looks like a vocaloid character, why? Maybe because of the music notes with the headphones and the Japanese style character design. But I may be wrong in that.
