the anatomy is PERFECT!! may I use this piece as a reference for anatomy? I'm really struggling with the neck and poses.

To be honest, the best reference for anatomy is real life.
Take a gander at *Coelasquid 's "How to draw all sorts of crap" tutorial, that and looking at photos was where I refined my anatomies... I do need to get better though. XD
